Gyutaro Yakiniku is a modern style  which diners are pampered with dipping sauce for eating grilled meats.

Our founder chooses the best wagyu from the 3 top Japanese Wagyu Brands which are Omi Hime, Hida Shichiri and Miyazaki. Gyutaro using Omi Hime ,Hida Shichiri and Miyazaki cattle are fed with high-quality fodder and raised in a comfortable, clean and spacious environment. To ensure diners’ confidence in the meat, the founder publicly discloses information about how cattle are fed, birth certificate of each wagyu we brought in from Japan.  Together with the rare cuts, this gives diners a different experience with every bite, even though it all may have come from the same animal.

Gyutaro restaurant has its own house specialty sauces that will let our diners savour their taste. Founder created three group of condiments which are tare (dipping sauce), seasoning and topping. Authentic dipping sauce are Tsuke tare (Osaka origin dipping sauce), Lemon tare and Gyutaro tare. To enhance the flavour of grilled meats, there are 5 type of seasoning for customer to mix and match to their taste. The seasoning are miso paste (fragmented beans mix with minced meats), wagyu garlic, nabe chilli (spicy and sour), Gyutaro chilli and Korean chilli paste. Additional topping are crunchy garlic, fresh chilli and garlic to enrich the mouthfeel.

Wide range of side dishes like spicy fried chicken wings, seafood pancake, and many more add value when come to gatherings that cater to multipurpose be it business or family purposes.

Gyutaro has built-in grills on the table with a perfect ventilation system to enable diners to enjoy grilling in a smoke-free restaurant.  Selection of binchotan or white charcoal to create a high grilling temperature to ensure customers can enjoy juices, moist and succulent grilled meats.
